On February 15, 2021, The Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to Sultanate of Oman, resident in Riyadh, Sami Shiba, presented the Letters of Credentials to His Majesty, Sultan Haitham Bin Tariq Al Said. At the meeting, after the presentation of the Letters, discussed on strengthening the relations between two countries,as well as various issues of common interest etc.

On November 15, 2020, Ambassador Sami Shiba held an online meeting with H.E. Dr. Ahmed Al Khateeb, Minister of Tourism of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
 
During the meeting, they shared their opinion on the very good relations between the two countries, as well as expressed the commitment of the two governments to expand relations and cooperation, especially in the economic field, with special emphasis on the field of Tourism act., and to increase the Saudi Arabia investments presence in Albania, especially investments in strategic projects.
 

On November 3, 2020, Ambassador Sami Shiba held a fruitful meeting with Mr. Ajlan Al-Ajlan, the Chairman of the Council of Saudi Chambers and also Chairman of Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as Chairman of “Ajlan and Brothers Co.” 
Discussed on strengthening of economic cooperation, especialy to increase the presence of Saudi investors in Albania, to organize the visits of business delegations, increase trade exchanges, as well as to establish the Saudi-Albanian Business Council.
