Arjan VASJARI has been a professor of the subject “Constitutional Law” at the Faculty of Law of the University of TIRANA.
He completed his higher studies in ITALY, Faculty of Law, University of BAR (2007).
In 2011, he obtained the PhD degree in ITALY, University of BOLOGNA.
In 2016, he received the academic title Prof.Assoc.Dr. at the Faculty of Law, University of TIRANA.
In 1990, he completed his higher studies at the Academy of Arts, TIRANA.
He was Director of Public Relations in DP until 2006. Then he was consul in the General Consulate of Albania in BARI, ITALY, until February 2009.
In 2009 and following, he was a lecturer at the European University of TIRANA. In 2014, he was a lecturer at the Doctoral School, AAB University, PRISTINA, KOSOVO.
Since 2018, he has been an invited Professor at the Master of Science level in International Law for the subjects “Diplomatic and Consular Law” and “International Protection of Human Rights” at “Ismail Qemali” University, VLORE.
In 2018, he was a trainer at the School of Magistrates on the topic “Judge and media prosecutor”.
He was a member-expert of the Advisory Committee on Strategic Issues under the Ministry of Justice.
Collaborator in expertise on law and rule of law issues with international organizations.
Analyst for political, constitutional and legal issues in the main visual and written media.
The spectrum of professional and academic-research interests covers the fields of constitutional law, diplomatic and consular law, public law, philosophy, etc.
