At a special ceremony, Ambassador Donika Hoxha was awarded today with the Order of the Madara Horseman 1st degree by the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, for her contribution for the development and deepening of Bulgarian-Albanian relations, which are based on mutual trust, understanding and friendship.
