On February 18, 2026, Tirana will become the center of regional dialogue to reaffirm the strategic importance of one of the most important infrastructural and geopolitical projects in the region: the Corridor VIII Ministerial, which will take place at the Brigades Palace, with the participation of delegations from Albania, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Italy and Romania, as well as representatives from partner countries.

The meeting aims to deepen intergovernmental cooperation to accelerate the development of Corridor VIII as a strategic artery of transport, economic development and security, while contributing to strengthening regional integration and interconnection with major European networks.

The Corridor VIII Economic Forum aims to mobilize European and international financing instruments and generate concrete recommendations to transform Corridor VIII into a true catalyst for investment, sustainable growth, and regional economic integration.
