Where Art meets Diplomacy – H.E Inid Milo, Albanian Ambassador to Bulgaria shares how art deepes her diplomatic mission, weaving Albania’s soul into every cultural dialogue.
A story showcasing Albania’s progress in gender equality, her vibrant culture & Mediterranean cuisine and Albanian famous writers.
When it comes to Albanian famous writers, it’s a must to readIsmail Kadare. His novel “Chronicle of Stone” (published in Bulgarian by Kolibri Publishing House in 2019, translated by Evgeniya Kotova – ed.) is a masterpiece that connects the history of Albania with the universal themes of war, memory and identity. It is a window into the Albanian soul and a beautifully written study of the human condition.
Bulgarian public can benefit greatly from such literature.
Pillars of Friendship” project? What are the pillars of friendship for you?
The project is important because it highlights the ties between Balkan nations, emphasizing unity through art and heritage. For me, the pillars of friendship are trust, mutual respect and shared values.
Mediterrian cuisine is particularly embodied at #Mrizi I Zanave in Albania, where we invite Bulgarian lovers of gourmet food to visit this amazing place!
