Ambassador Artemis Malo was the guest of honor at a special event dedicated to contemporary Albanian literature, held in Toronto.

The evening was devoted to writer Lea Ypi, who presented her latest book, “Indignity”, a reflective work addressing themes of human dignity, political systems, respect for identity, and the challenges of contemporary social realities.

The event was organized by Books and Bordeaux, an initiative of Albanian women and girls living in Canada who, through their passion for books and cultural dialogue, create inspiring spaces for literary discussion. Through these gatherings, they contribute to the promotion of Albanian culture and the strengthening of community ties.
