On December 8, 2025, the official inauguration ceremony of the Albania–Canada Chamber of Commerce was held, marking an important new initiative aimed at strengthening economic cooperation and trade relations between the two countries.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by H.E. Ms. Artemis Malo, Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to Canada, and H.E. Mr. Adriatik Kryeziu, Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo, who expressed their support for the initiative and its expected role in fostering new economic partnerships.
The event brought together dozens of representatives of Albanian-Canadian businesses, members of the diplomatic corps, community leaders, and figures from Canadian public and political life, marking a significant milestone in the consolidation of Albania’s economic presence in Canada.
During the ceremony, the Chamber of Commerce announced the appointment of Mr. Arian Sultafaj as Interim President, who addressed the attendees, emphasizing the importance of establishing a new platform for cooperation among Albanian businesses and the opportunities this structure is expected to offer in the future.
The Albania–Canada Chamber of Commerce aims to promote sustainable cooperation, build partnerships that empower the Albanian-Canadian community, and create new opportunities for Albanian businesses and professionals in Canada.
