The Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Canada welcomed a group of international students studying International Relations at the University of Ottawa.

The visit took place in a warm and interactive atmosphere, where the students showed particular interest in the culture, history, heritage, and contemporary developments of Albania, as well as the diplomatic relations our country maintains with the world, particularly with Canada.

Through an open conversation, the students had the opportunity to learn more about the role and mission of the Embassy, efforts to strengthen bilateral relations, and the many opportunities Albania offers as a cultural, academic, and diplomatic destination.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the participants expressed their desire to visit Albania soon and explore its natural beauty, hospitality, and cultural wealth. Additionally, part of the discussion focused on opportunities for collaboration in higher education, through academic exchange programs and inter-university agreements.

The Embassy appreciates the commitment of these young people and considers this visit a positive step towards building new intercultural and academic bridges between Albania and Canada.
