On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the women of the Albanian community in Ottawa gathered to celebrate, reflect, and share their inspiring stories of dedication, sacrifice, and success in their personal and professional journeys.

In respect of Muslim believers and due to the alignment of the date with the holy month of Ramadan, the event was held earlier, while preserving the fundamental values of solidarity, gratitude, and mutual respect.

In her speech, Ambassador Malo greeted the dignified and powerful representation of Albanian women in Canada, as a symbol of strength, commitment, and our shared identity.
