We invite all Albanian citizens who have applied until May 15 (inclusive) for a passport and/or identity card at the Albanian Embassy in Paris, to come and withdraw them on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (except official days of rest in Albania), from 15:00 to 16:00.
In order to receive passports through the postal service, the applicant must send an envelope to the consular service of the Embassy, ​​in which the following should be inserted:

A prepaid envelope of one of the fast postal services such as CHRONOPOSTE, DHL, UPS, etc.;
The original coupon or coupons (when they are the passports of several members of the same family) of the passport application;
The correct address and telephone number of the person to whom the passport will be sent;
Please note: Only passports can be sent by post.
For the withdrawal of identity cards, applicants must appear in person within 1 year from the date of application. After 1 year, the cards become invalid.
