The Permanent Mission of Albania in Geneva is participating in the Meeting of High Contracting Parties to the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons (CCW) which will be held in Geneva on 13-15 November 2024.

The Meeting of High Contracting Parties is the most important annual meeting of the Convention, and among other things, it will discuss the status and implementation of the convention and its protocols as an important part of the international security platform and international humanitarian law, universalization, confidence-building measures and transparency through the presentation of national reports, and the evaluation of the work of the group of governmental experts regarding technologies in the field of lethal autonomous weapons systems.
