The Head of the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Indonesia, Mr. Ballço, held a meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Nikos Panayiotou, during which discussions focused on Albania’s process of accession to the European Union, as well as on the strengthening of bilateral cooperation, which has been continuously intensifying. Mr. Ballço congratulated the Cypriot side on assuming the Presidency of the Council of the European Union in 2026 and expressed his appreciation for Cyprus’s continued support for Albania’s aspirations to join the European Union.
