I had some very engaging and productive meetings with Ms. Aristea Litou, one of the most distinguished artists of the Albanian diaspora in Ioannina. Through her dedication and sacrifices for dignified integration, she embodies a true school of life, transcending the role of a mere art institution. We exchanged many inspiring ideas for collaboration on the cultural agenda of the Albanian Consulate General in Ioannina, including the exciting prospect of establishing a sister art school named “Aristea Litou” in Gjirokaster. 🙏

Our discussions continued with the talented student Stela Duro and Ms. Efimiu, a lecturer at the University of Ioannina. Together, we aim to enrich our activities by involving both academics and students. The potential for collaboration is both concrete and intriguing, fueled by a shared commitment to strengthen the ties between our regions.
