On May 17, the Vienna Economic Forum was organized in Istanbul in cooperation with the Investment Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey with the theme “Invest in Turkey, Invest in the Region” in which about 180 influential representatives in the field of economy and industry from 14 different countries of the region, Europe, UNIDO and the World Bank. The focus of the meeting was on projects and investment opportunities in infrastructure in Turkey and the region stretching from the Adriatic Sea to the Black Sea, the role of banks and insurance companies, as well as the role of cooperation in the region on energy security.
