Parliamentary diplomacy plays a vital and effective role in deepening Albania-Japan relations. It was a pleasure to meet with Mr. Takaaki Katsumata, member of the House of Representatives, at the Japanese Parliament to discuss concrete and forward-looking initiatives to further strengthen our ties.
