The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is a steadfast and dedicated partner, supporting concrete projects in key priority sectors in Albania. I had the pleasure of welcoming to the Embassy of Albania in Japan Ms. Nakamura, outgoing Director for Europe at JICA, and Mr. Goto, the newly appointed Director. Our meeting provided a valuable opportunity to reflect on the achievements of our ongoing cooperation, exchange views on recent positive developments, and reaffirm our shared commitment to further strengthening this important partnership.
