Garcia-Albano in Tokyo, and to express to her his warmest congratulations on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of the Philippines.

In his capacity as the Non-Resident Ambassador of Albania to the Philippines, Ambassador Muça will join the celebrations in Manila this week, a good opportunity to also discuss the joint commitment to further strengthen Albania-Philippines relations and advance cooperation between the two countries.
