On this International Women’s Day, alongside Ambassador Sabri Kiçmari, we had the pleasure of welcoming activists, civil society representatives from Japan, and fellow compatriots living and studying in Tokyo. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the invaluable contributions of women across all spheres of life and to reaffirm our shared commitment to equality, empowerment, and progress. The gathering was enriched by the delightful flavors of traditional Albanian cuisine from Albania and Kosovo, complemented by “Luleborë” and other beautiful pieces performed by Japanese artist Kotohira-san.
