An insightful lecture delivered by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte at Keio University today, highlighting the importance of security in both the Atlantic and Indo-Pacific regions, and the need to strengthen NATO–Japan cooperation further. It was a pleasure to meet with Secretary General Rutte and exchange views, including his kind appreciation for Albania.
