During a special ceremony held at the Embassy of Albania in Japan, together with Mr. Hayashi, President of the Japan Institute for Overseas Investment, we signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at deepening economic cooperation between Albania and Japan. This significant step marks a renewed commitment to promoting Japanese investment in Albania.
