Ambassador Ermal Muça participated in the ceremony organized at Europa House in Tokyo, hosted by the Ambassador of the European Union and the Ambassador of Cyprus, on the occasion of the start of the Cypriot Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The Japanese side was represented by the Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs, Arfiya Eri.
In discussions with counterparts, Albania’s marked progress and unwavering commitment to this key process were appreciated.
The Presidency aims to advance sustainable progress in the enlargement process for candidate countries, including the Western Balkans, during its six-month mandate.
