Ambassador Muça attended the awarding ceremony for an honorary doctorate to Yohei Sasakawa, hosted by the Western Balkans University. The award was presented in recognition of his “visionary leadership and exceptional contributions to global well-being, social inclusion, and human dignity”. Prior to the ceremony, discussions were held with The Nippon Foundation to explore partnership opportunities across multiple projects. This reflects the diversity of the long-standing bilateral relationship and has a positive impact on expanding cooperation between Albania and Japan.
