The Balkan Chamber Orchestra, founded several years ago by Japanese conductor Toshio Yanagisawa, was established with the vision of serving as a cultural bridge, bringing people together from across the globe through the universal language of music. Following the 2025 World Peace Concert held in Tokyo, I had the pleasure of congratulating Maestro Yanagisawa on the orchestra’s remarkable artistic performance and the meaningful mission it embodies. In a warm and friendly meeting backstage, we extended our heartfelt congratulations to the Albanian musicians who are part of this ensemble, and felt a deep sense of pride in their contribution to this inspiring initiative.
