On February 20, Mr. Erlind Sulo, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Energy of Albania held meetings at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan, where he held discussions with Mr. Toshimasa Kawasaki, Advisor at MLIT in the Policy Bureau of the Department of International Transport Projects and Mr. Tachi Kenichiro, Director of International Cooperation Projects and Infrastructure Engineering in the Policy Bureau of MLIT. From the Albanian side, Ambassador Ermal Muça and the Director of the Durrës Port Authority, Mr. Liburn Aliu, were also present.
