On February 19, Mrs. Laura Saro, Executive Director of the Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA), held a meeting with Mr. Kei Toyama, Director General for Europe at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). The meeting, which Ambassador Ermal Muça also attended, discussed future joint projects involving the two institutions.
