The Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Igli Hasani, will conduct a 3-day regional tour on January 16-18: visiting Kosova, North Macedonia and Montenegro.
Kosova will be the first stop, where Minister Hasani will be received by homolog Donika Gërvalla, with whom there will also be a press conference, to continue with President Vjosa Osmani, Speaker of the Assembly Glauk Konjucfa, Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi and representatives of political parties.
On Wednesday, Minister Hasani will be received in Skopje by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bujar Osmani, Speaker of the Assembly, Talat Xhaferi, Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski, and Deputy Prime Ministers Artan Grubi and Bojan Marichic. Minister Hasani will also hold meetings with the leaders of the Albanian political parties.
In Montenegro, on Thursday, Minister Hasani will meet in Podgorica with his counterpart Filip Ivanoviċ, President Jakov Milatović, Deputy Prime Minister, Nik Gjeloshaj and the National Council of Albanians and the Heads of the Albanian political parties of Montenegro.
The tour aims to make the cooperation between the countries more meaningful and concrete, as well as the further development of good neighborly relations. The visits will focus on bilateral relations, security issues and the future of the region in the European Union.
