The Economic Development Agency of Tirana (TEDA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with European partners on 30 September 2026 in Budva, Montenegro, within the framework of the WB6–EU Industrial Parks Partnership. The signing took place during the “Montenegro 2026” Economic Conference and aims to strengthen cooperation between industrial zones and business communities across the Western Balkans and the European Union.
The Memorandum creates opportunities for the exchange of experiences and best practices, the promotion of investments and sustainable economic development, as well as stronger cooperation between public stakeholders and the private sector. The partnership also aims to support innovation and enhance the competitiveness of industrial zones across the region.
The Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Montenegro welcomes this initiative as an important step towards strengthening regional cooperation and economic links with the European Union, supporting sustainable development, regional integration and new opportunities for Albanian businesses and investments.
