I had the pleasure of meeting today with the Foreign Minister of Montenegro, H.E.Mr. Ervin Ibrahimović, where we once again confirmed the excellent relations between our two countries with the promise of implementing the bilateral agendas, in accordance with the agreements between the Albanian and Montenegrin governments.
