On May 9 and 10, 2025, the first Stand-Up Comedy Festival “Lugina Fest” took place in the Presheva Valley. This project was carried out with the support of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania.

The Ambassador of the Republic of Albania in Belgrade, H.E. Mr. Bardhyl Canaj, honored the artists and the entire Albanian audience of the Valley with his presence and welcoming speech.

After two nights filled with laughter and positive energy, the “Lugina Fest” festival concluded successfully in Bujanovac.
