Ambassador Bardhyl Canaj met with Mrs. Dominika Krois, Representative of the UN Secretary-General and Director of the United Nations Office in Belgrade (UNOB).

During the meeting, a highly productive discussion took place regarding the active role and contribution of the Republic of Albania and its diplomacy during its two-year mandate in the UN Security Council, as well as its current engagement in all international institutions and organizations where Albania is a member.

The conversation also focused on the current situation in Serbia, issues concerning the Albanian minority in Serbia, the integration process, and the European path of Albania and the Balkan region towards the EU, among other topics.
