The Speaker of the Assembly of the Republic of Albania, H.E.Mrs. Elisa Spiropali, held a meeting with the Albanian Deputy in the Parliament of Serbia, Mr. Shaip Kamberi, Chairman of the Party for Democratic Action.

Speaker Spiropali and Deputy Kamberi discussed the cooperation of the Assembly with the institutions and representatives of the Albanians of the Presevo Valley, the support of development and the increase of economic and social well-being, the improvement of public educational and health services, the strengthening of the national and cultural identity, the respecting of their rights, promoting dialogue with the institutions and increasing the involvement of Albanians in the municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medveja, but also everywhere else in Serbia, in the integration processes of the country.

Speaker Spiropali underlined that Albania’s strong international position will be one more guarantee for ensuring support for the rights of Albanians in the Presheva Valley.
