With the mediation of the Embassy of Albania in Belgrade, on April 29, 2025, in Preševo, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Municipality of Korça and the Municipality of Preševo.

The delegation of the Municipality of Korça, led by Mayor Sotiraq Filo, was warmly received by the large delegation of the Municipality of Preševo, headed by the Mayor of the Municipality, Ms. Ardita Sinani, as well as the Ambassador of Albania to Serbia, Dr. Bardhyl Canaj.

The Cooperation Agreement is an important step that paves the way for cooperation in education, culture, sports, economic development, and tourism, strengthening the ties between the two cities. This is only the beginning of a partnership that brings development and new opportunities for Preševo.
