In the framework of sustainable cultural, economic, and youth development, and with the special attention of Prime Minister Edi Rama, a historic Memorandum was signed today in Tirana between the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation of the Republic of Albania, represented by Minister Mr. Blendi Gonxhe, and the National Albanian Council in Serbia, as the legitimate representative of Albanians in the Presevo Valley, represented by its Chairman Mr. Enkel Rexhepi.

This Memorandum strengthens Albanian cultural and economic diplomacy, opening the way for joint approaches to policies, programs, and regional initiatives. It aims to foster joint initiatives, promote cultural heritage, and develop innovation as sustainable bridges of cooperation between institutions and the Albanian community in Bujanovac, Presevo, and Medvedja.

The Agreement was signed within the framework of #Diplo2025 – the Conference of Ambassadors, giving a new dimension to Albanian diplomacy in the service of culture, economy, and inter-Albanian solidarity.
