The Cooperation Agreement between the Constitutional Court of Albania and the Constitutional Court of Spain is signed, March 5, 2024, Madrid, Spain.
During her visit to Madrid, Spain, the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania, Mrs. Holta Zaçaj, was received today in an official meeting by the President of the Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Spain, Mr. Cándido Conde-Pumpido Tourón.
During this meeting, the parties highlighted the very good cooperation relations that have existed over the years between the Constitutional Court of Spain and the Constitutional Court of Albania, as well as decided to further advance these relations through the signing of a bilateral Cooperation Agreement.
The purpose of signing this agreement is to establish and develop an institutional cooperation framework between the Constitutional Court of Spain and the Constitutional Court of Albania, through the organization of activities of common interest related to the respective jurisdictions, such as the sharing of information on legal issues, jurisprudence and research materials, study visits of members of both institutions for the exchange of experiences, mutual cooperation for publications, development of seminars, conferences and other similar activities that promote institutional cooperation.
During the signing of this agreement, the Ambassador of Spain in Albania, D. Álvaro Renedo Zalba, as well as the Ambassador of Albania in Spain, Mrs. Blood entella.
