The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding, during the friendly and constructive meeting with the Spanish counterpart, José Manuel Albares at the end of the official visit to Spain.

Our strong bilateral relations were reaffirmed, progress in political dialogue and exploitation of new opportunities in the tourism, energy and defense sectors were discussed. The Memorandum of Understanding between our Diplomatic Academies will strengthen direct communication and cooperation between our diplomatic services. Gratitude to Spain and Minister Albares for their vocal support for the integration of Albania and the Western Balkans into the EU.
