In Bern, today (18.06.2024), the Swiss Federal Councilor, Mr. Beat Jans, received the Minister of the Interior of RSH, Mr. Taulant Balla.

They discussed cooperation in the field of migration and police affairs. Since 2007, Albania and Switzerland cooperate in the fight against organized crime, drug trafficking, human trafficking and online fraud.

The two ministers also exchanged views on Switzerland’s support in the areas of governance and economic development. Interior Minister Balla was also interested in the Swiss rescue system and extinguishing forest fires.
