Today (30.01.2024), in the premises of the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Bern, the three Albanian Ambassadors, the one of Albania, Mr. Mustafa Nano, of Kosovo, Mr. Sami Ukelli and of North Macedonia, Mr. Rexhep Demiri, met in a meeting The coordinator of the “Albanian School” in Switzerland, Mr. Vaxhid Sejdiu and the President of the League of Albanian Parents and Teachers in Switzerland (LAPSH), Mr. Liburn Mehmetaj.

The purpose of this meeting was the intensification of cooperation and the beginning of work for the unification of Albanian schools in Switzerland. The parties agreed to start as soon as possible the establishment of a working commission that will deal with the technical details.

The three ambassadors congratulated the two school leaders for this initiative and offered their support for the fastest completion of this process for the benefit of the Albanian diaspora in Switzerland.
