Today, September 5, 2025, on the feast day of the canonization of Saint Mother Teresa, the diplomatic representatives of our respective countries gathered in Lausanne to pay tribute to her great figure and legacy.

Mr. Valon Gashi from the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Switzerland, together with the Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Mentor Latifi, and the Ambassador of the Republic of North Macedonia, Mr. Rexhep Demiri, laid floral tributes at her statue, remembering with deep respect her life and humanitarian mission.

Saint Mother Teresa, daughter of the Albanian nation and a universal personality, remains an everlasting source of inspiration for humility, love, and dedication to the poor and the vulnerable. Today, as we commemorate her in Lausanne, we renew our gratitude for her eternal work, which continues to illuminate the path of humanity.
