EKSPERIENCA

Ms. Erida Dobrushi is appointed Consul General of Republic of Albania in Thessaloniki, Greece in February 2024.

 

Prior to this assignment, Ms. Dobrushi has served as Deputy Permanent Representative and Charge d`Affairs of the Republic of Albania to the OSCE, the UN and other International Organizations in Vienna. During the Albanian OSCE Chairmanship in 2020, Ms. Dobrushi served as Chairperson of the OSCE Preparatory Committee of the Permanent Council.

 

During her career, Ms. Dobrushi has worked as senior expert in international programs and development international agencies, supporting good governance and democracy in Albania (April 2014-November 2019).

She has extensive experience in elections processes and has served as Director of Elections Infrastructure of the Central Election Commission in Albania (December 2002 – April 2014). For several years, she has been part of civil society organizations and think tanks (1998-2002).

Ms. Dobrushi holds an MA degree in Social Sciences from the University of Tirana (1998), MSc in Politics and Administration from the University of Bologna (2002) and MA Degree in Administrative Law from the University of Tirana (2014).
