On the opening day of the Alphabet Congress and on its 115th anniversary, the Embassy of Albania celebrated 111th Anniversary of the Independence, with the participation of high officials of the Bulgarian state and government, members of the parliament, members of the diplomatic corps in Bulgaria, fellow citizens and other distinguished guests, friends of Albania.
