Today, on October 30, 2025, the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Sofia, in cooperation with the Bulgarian–Albanian Chamber of Business (BABC), organized the “Invest in Albania” Business event at the Crystal Palace Hotel.

The event brought together representatives from key Bulgarian institutions and companies interested in exploring Albania as a strategic investment destination.

Opening remarks were delivered by Mr. Ivan Anchev, Co-Chairman of the Bulgarian–Albanian Business Chamber, followed by a welcome address from H.E. Inid Milo, Ambassador of Albania to Bulgaria.

Ambassador Milo emphasized the intensifying economic and investment relations between Albania and Bulgaria, noting the growing presence of Bulgarian companies in Albania and the country’s improving business climate.

She invited Bulgarian entrepreneurs to “look toward Albania as a natural extension of their regional activities and a reliable partner within the EU integration framework.”

Mr. Ivan Anchev, Chairman of the Bulgarian–Albanian Business Chamber, praised Albania’s business-friendly policies and the outcomes of the EU–Western Balkans Investment Forum held on October 14 in Tirana, emphasizing Albania’s growing role as a reliable partner for regional investors.

The event concluded with an engaging Q&A session and a networking reception, providing an excellent opportunity to strengthen bilateral economic cooperation and promote Albania as a dynamic and growing investment hub in the Western Balkans.
