The priorities of the RSH Mission to the Council of Europe are categorized into three main pillars:

1. The primary issues of Albania’s engagement as a member country in the Council of Europe:

• Addressing the recommendations from the reports of various instruments of the Council of Europe prepared for Albania.
• Addressing the recommendations of the Parliamentary Assembly.
• Continuing the strengthening and materialization of cooperation with the Delegation of the Parliament of Albania in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
• Further enrichment of the Albanian legal framework, exploring the possibilities of accession to other instruments of the Council of Europe.
• Continuing the strengthening of coordination with representatives of line institutions in the committees and mechanisms of the Council of Europe.
