In the framework of the Embassy’s ongoing commitment to strengthening and deepening the dialogue with the Albanian community in Croatia, Ambassador Poda hosted in a working meeting at the Embassy Mrs. Ermina Lekaj Prljaskaj, former Albanian deputy in the Croatian Parliament.
Ambassador Poda appreciated the valuable role and contribution of Mrs. Lekaj Prljaskaj, for preserving and promoting the best values ​​of the Albanian world, of language, history, traditions and our common culture. He also underlined the commitment and attention shown in the direction of increasing the representatives of the Albanian community in the central and local administration bodies in Croatia. In this context, he thanked Mrs. Lekaj Prljaskaj for the cooperation over the years with the Albanian Embassy in Zagreb, in order to implement joint projects related to the Albanian community in Croatia.
The two interlocutors exchanged opinions on the continuation of this cooperation in the future, sharing common ideas and plans within the future engagements of Mrs. Lekaj Prljaskaj.
