Ambassador Riza Poda was received in a working meeting by the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia, Gordan Grlic Radman.

The interlocutors appreciated the excellent relations between Albania and Croatia, consolidated over the years in the spirit of strategic partnership between the two countries, and emphasized the need to strengthen them in the future. Focusing on economic relations, they expressed satisfaction with the increasing trend of the volume of trade exchanges between the two countries, where the potential for their further growth was underlined.

The topic of the conversation was Albania’s European perspective and the progress of the negotiation process in the EU, where Minister Radman reiterated Croatia’s position in support of this process and expressed his willingness to assist our country.
