Dubrovnik Forum drew to a close, leaders from Southeast Europe and beyond have delivered a unified message: peace cannot be taken for granted — it must be protected and actively defended.
In a powerful show of solidarity, the participating countries underscored their unwavering support for Ukraine and reaffirmed their shared vision for a resilient, united, and peaceful Europe.
“Ukraine’s struggle is a stark reminder that peace is not a given — it is something we must stand up for,” said Albania’s Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Igli Hasani, at the forum’s closing. “We recommit to solidarity, resilience, and a united Europe, with Southeast Europe playing a full and active role.”
The forum brought together foreign ministers and high-level representatives from across the region, Europe, and international partners, in a ministerial dedicated to Ukraine and broader regional security.
Albania’s delegation, along with others, expressed deep appreciation to Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, Gordan Grlić Radman, for his leadership in hosting the event with “purpose and vision.”
The Dubrovnik Forum 2025 marks a renewed call for a strategic and inclusive Europe, with Southeast Europe as a pillar of peace, stability, and cooperation.
