In the framework of the Embassy’s commitment to the promotion and initiation of the Albanian language, Diplomat Alma held a meeting at the Embassy with the Honorary Consul of Albania in Osijek, also the Chairman of the Council of the Albanian Minority in the Prefecture of Osijek and Baranja, Mr. Basri Halite.

With this, Honorary Consul Haliti was handed the textbook of the Albanian language in the lessons of the cases that follow the teaching of the Albanian language at the Honorary Consulate. The free distribution of textbooks for children learning the Albanian language contributes to the preservation of the Albanian language, culture and national identity in the diaspora.

The interlocutors exchanged their opinion on the Honorary Consult of Albania in Osijek, including the whole world of further cooperation between the local authorities of the two languages ​​and the realization of the projects, which have been worked on continuously.
