Albania applies visa-free travel during the 2022 tourist period
 
Albania applies visa-free travel, during the tourist period, from 01 May 2022 to 30 September 2022, citizens of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, the Arab Republic of Egypt, India, Russia and Thailand, travel without a visa to Albania,  without having to obtain a visa at the Albanian Embassy.
The Albanian government has decided to abolish the visa regime for Egyptian citizens wishing to visit Albania from May 1 to September 30, 2022,  and we have the honor to inform all interested that any Egyptian citizen wishing to enter the territory of the Republic of Albania:

• will not pay any fees and
• has the right to stay in Albania for up to 90 (ninety) days.

In addition, the embassy would like to inform you that in order to benefit from this decision of the Albanian government to enter the territory of the Republic of Albania, Egyptian citizens must meet the following conditions / obligations:

• Valid travel document; passport
• Invitation of the guarantor / inviter in Albania ( The invitation must consern: Name and Address and contact number in Albania);
• Round trip ticket; ( From Cairo / the origin country to Albanian and back from Albania to Cairo or origin county)
• Evidence of evidence-based accommodation; Hotel Booking PAID 
• Financial means, Albanian or foreign currency, that can be exchanged in an exchange agency in the Republic of Albania, in the amount of 5000 ALL - ( 50 $ ) per day of stay for adults and 2500 ALL  (25 $ ) for minors;
