The Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Athens informs the public that the biometric documents for which applications were submitted on February 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th, 2025, have been issued and are now ready for collection.

Applicants may collect their biometric documents through one of the following options:

In person at the Embassy, during official working hours:
– Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 14:30
– Friday: 09:00 – 14:00
– Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00

By mail/courier to the registered residential address, as declared during the application process at the Consular Office.

Reminder: Identity cards sent by mail are not electronically activated and cannot be used for banking services in Albania.

Important: Biometric documents must be collected within one year from the application date. After this period, uncollected documents will be considered rejected.
