An unforgettable and emotional experience where art and culture united the hearts of two peoples! The festival, a collaboration between the Embassy, the Research Center for Greek Singing, and the Albanian Community in Greece, turned into a true celebration of our cultural heritage.
The masterful performances of the polyphonic groups “Vëllazërimi” and “Malli i Mërgimtarit,” the dance group, and distinguished artists such as Teuta Pango, instrumentalists Ilir Duralliu, Keli Xhelili, Viktor Dervishi, and the flute master Siri Sadikaj, brought indescribable emotions to the stage of the “Mikis Theodorakis” Amphitheater.
Together with Greek folk groups, the artists created a unique atmosphere with music and traditional costumes, delivering a spectacle that will remain long in the memory of the Albanian and Greek public.
“Art knows no physical boundaries; it speaks all languages!” emphasized Mrs. Eliverta Radomi, diplomat at the Albanian Embassy in Athens, who was present at the event. This festival once again demonstrated the extraordinary power of folk culture in strengthening ties between communities and preserving our shared identity.
A special thanks to all the artists and organizers who made this extraordinary event possible!
