The Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Athens wishes to inform the public that the biometric documents for which applications were submitted on May 19th and 20th, 2025, have been issued and are now ready for collection.

You can collect the biometric documents in the following ways:

– In person at the embassy during official hours: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 14:30, Friday from 09:00 to 14:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00 or

– By mail/courier to your registered residential address, as indicated in the declaration you signed during the application process at the Consular Office.

REMINDER! Please note that all identities sent by mail are not electronically activated and cannot be used for banking services in Albania.

IMPORTANT! The biometric documents must be collected within one year from the application date; otherwise, they will be considered rejected.
